This morning I decided to tackle something I had been contemplating for quite awhile. I cut Hoss' hair by myself.
I got a great deal on a clipper set at a Black Friday sale yesterday for $5.88!
So this morning I sat Hoss down in a kitchen chair and went to work.
I used the clippers to cut the back of his hair then pulled out the scissors to work on the top. Amazingly he sat relatively still and let me cut his hair.
The most exciting part is that his hair looks good. There are a few stray pieces that I'll have to tackle at some point, but overall it looks good. We may never have to pay for a haircut again. Yippee!
I tried to get a picture of the haircut, but Hoss would not stand still for a good one. I'll try to get one soon and post it.

I haave been thinking about trying to cut Daniels hair....but I am afraid I will butcher it.
You're braver than me! I don't mind trimming my own hair, 'cause I don't usually care what it looks like. But I'd be afraid to tackle the girls' hair - I'd be afraid the beautician couldn't fix my mistakes!
