Perty by Thirty Week Six

Well, this week did not go well.

I did not do good with the Valentine's Day dinner and that just made for a bad weekend of eating.

That being said, I did have a small loss of .6 pound. Better than a gain, which is what I was expecting.

Now it's time to get back on track and hope next week I can break the 20 pound mark. Currently I am at 19.6 pounds.

.6 is fantastic! Everyone has their down weeks. Don't discount .6 as anything to balk at. Real life got in the way this week, which will happen on your life long journey to healthy living. Keep up the good work!

It was a loss anyway you look at it and that is what counts! No one is perfect when it comes to diet and exercise. Lord knows I am not. Still need to get my butt motivated to walk everyday.

At least you're losing! I know it is more exciting to see a bigger number. Just pretend there wasn't a . before the 6 :)

Hey there! I saw your comment and am wondering how you are doing? Don't forget...it's not just you that you are embarking on this journey for...think of your little guy. Do it so he lives a healthy life and doesn't have the same battles we have.

Need a sweet treat? Grab some of the WW cookies or cakes. They are 1 point each. If you eat a whole box of cake (which I have done...sadly), it's only 6 points.

You can do this. It's important for you to do this. Think about how much you have lost so far.
