Perty by Thirty -- Week 17

Well, I did it again. I gained weight. A lot of weight. And I have no excuses this time. I just ate bad. A lot.

That being said, I'll confess that I gained 4.8 pounds this week. ACK!!!!! It's horrid.

I am committed to turning it around this week. I got the eating bad out of my system and now it's time to eat good.

Plus, I felt horrible after I over ate. My stomach cramped. I had pains, not like the food not settling pains, but like muscle pulled pains. I think my stomach is not used to the huge amounts of bad food I ate.

So it's time to regroup. Get it back together and lose again.

Well that's too bad! But at least you know why and your body is getting used to your new way of eating and doesn't like the over-eating! I think that's a good thing.

I'm glad to hear you're headed right back to it! You're doing amazing, really you are!

Almost everyone falls off the wagon at some point or another - but you just need to get back up on that wagon!
